Happy New Year to you all! 2015 is gearing up to be an important year for us at Seven Fields Farm & Orchard. This year we will test plant a number of walnut varieties and ornamental trees on the farm. We have dedicated a portion of the farm for nut production, and we are excited about the prospect of putting down some solid roots this Spring. Similar plans for scouting out maple syrup tapping potential on the farm, as well as clearing dead and downed trees and brush will keep us busy. That said we want to wish you all a successful 2015 filled with health and happiness. This year will be a crucial founding year for Seven Fields Farm & Orchard so we want to thank you all for your interest and support. May 2015 bring you all good fortune.
